Satisfaction Garuntee

At PC CARE SOLUTIONS we are so sure you will be satisfied with your purchase that we have a policy called the 7-DAY GUARANTEE. If within 7 days of your purchase you are not completely satisfied, we will refund your purchase for the total amount minus our shipping fees.

Warranty Statement

All equipment purchased from PC CARE has been thoroughly inspected by our technical staff and approved for a 30-day warranty.

  1. This warranty provides complete coverage on all hardware, parts and labour.
  2. If any component proves faulty it will be replaced or repaired.
  3. Items NOT covered by the warranty include batteries, ribbons, software and printer cartridges.
  4. Notebook batteries, that are included in our refurbished systems, are sold as is. They are not covered under the PC CARE SOLUTIONS warranty, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  5. PC CARE SOLUTIONS shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of any product. Physically opening any component or breaking the warranty tags voids the customer warranty.
  6. All items are subject to availability.
  7. All returned or refused shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  8. If the product is still covered by the manufacturer warranty PC CARE SOLUTIONS may assist the customer in receiving satisfaction from the manufacturer.
  9. Every effort will be made to deliver to you a computer system that will be reliable during and beyond our warranty coverage.
  10. PC CARE SOLUTIONS is not responsible for any loss of software applications or personal data.
Return of Product

If it is necessary to return a product to PC CARE SOLUTIONS then the customer must request the return to PC CARE SOLUTIONS within 30 days of the purchase.

When returning a product to PC CARE SOLUTIONS the customer will pay the shipping fee. Once the product has been repaired or replaced PC CARE SOLUTIONS will pay to ship the product to the customer. If the product returned cannot be repaired or exchanged PC CARE SOLUTIONS reserves the right to replace the equipment with something of equal, similar or greater value.

If the defective product is still covered by the manufacturer warranty PC CARE SOLUTIONS may assist the customer in receiving satisfaction from the manufacturer.
Security & Privacy Policy

At PC CARE SOLUTIONS we know how important, our privacy and security is to you. That is why our website security is unmatched on the Internet. Your personal information is just that personal and is treated as such.

We NEVER store your personal information in our system. Each time you purchase merchandise from our site you must re- identify yourself to us since we do not store your information and other personal data. We do not use account numbers to identify our clientele. In this regard PC CARE SOLUTIONS is just like any other store you may physically walk into. A store takes your information at the time of purchase. A permanent file on you, the consumer is not kept. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is never stored in our system. In order to process your order we may need to contact you through the information you have provided (email, phone number or address). Once our transaction has been completed, this personal information is deleted.
